I live in a household of lactose intolerant individuals, so we are always looking to try different formulations of lactase. These tablets aren't too big, so are quite easy to take. There is no aftertaste or odour to them.Sometimes, especially if you are out, it isn't possible to avoid lactose or you may be uncertain of the ingredients. Taking lactase is a good way to avoid the nasty consequences if you are unsure.These tablets seem to be good value for money at the current price of around 5p per tablet. It's a small price to pay for peace of mind.js

I selected this item to aid in digestion of dairy products. I have taken lactase enzymes for a long time and regularly try different brands. These tablets perform exactly the same as other lactase I have tried in the past, which is exactly what you want. These are pure lactase with no added vitamins or minerals which makes them easy to add into an existing supplement stack. The dose is fine for me, one tablet appears to be sufficient. Overall, I would recommend these lactase tablets if you are already using lactase.jane morris
