"Seeking Health brand drops (USA made) were out of stock. Lacteeze brand drops (Canadian made) make me sick. So I tried this brand - MilkAid (Made in Ireland) figuring it had good odds. With Seeking Health, I use maximum of 5 drops in 2 cups of goat milk (pint) for 24 hours. (Seeking Health recommends 7 drops for 24 to 48 hours - but I don't need that much apparently.) Sometimes I can even do less. With MilkAid, they recommend 10 drops per 2 cups (pint) for 99% reduction in 24 hours. That's DOUBLE what i normally use from Seeking Health. I tried their 10 drops in goat milk, and it resulted in light symptoms. :-\Worse? The taste / flavor. MilkAid gives the milk a glycerine/glycerol taste that's not pleasant - slightly bitter and slightly sweet at the same time. (No, it isn't just the lactose being broken down into sweeter tasting simple sugars - I know that taste well.) Seeking Health also uses glycerine as a carrier for their lactase, but Seeking Health's never carries that weird flavor into the milk itself. The only time I've tasted this weird flavor is when I tasted pure drops from Seeking Health without any milk directly on my tongue. Hard to describe - it's both sweet and bitter at the same time somehow. MilkAid lends that unappealing glycerol flavor to the carton of milk. :-PWish I hadn't bought these."

These work a treat. Had to buy cow’s milk because it was the only milk in my price range at the time. No adverse effects, if you get my drift. I use it in any drink I have that contains dairy products, mainly Jamaican Guinness punch. It’s perfect. It also goes a long wayandreas georgiou
