"I have a mild lactose intolerance and these have changed the way I enjoy foods. After trying these for the first time, I was able to eat foods with high amounts of dairy (such as ice cream) without any of my usual issues.The dosage isn't quite clear and it took a bit of trial and error to work out how much I'd need depending on the meal, but now that I have this worked out, they're great.I would recommend anyone with lactose intolerance to at least give these a try."

The tablets are very effective and I’m really happy with the results. However, there is an issue with the packaging for customers in the UK. Because the weather here is quite humid, the tablets tend to absorb moisture from the air, which causes them to change color.I’m not sure whether this affects the quality, but it is a bit concerning. I would strongly recommend improving the packaging to ensure it is completely sealed and protected from moisture.ash

I’ve tried multiple brands but decided to pay out to try these. Today I took 2 then 15 minutes later ate a ham & mascarpone pizza. Over an hour later nothing. No reaction. So I took another 2 and had a hazelnut chocolate ganache - full on dairy. And. 4 hours later nothing. No reaction at all. Normally by I would be vomiting, sweating and in so much abdominal pain. Life game changer when wanting the occasional treat!!!!anonymouse squeek
