I aquired lactose intolerance as an adult, but love dairy. These have allowed me to enjoy food with cheese and dairy and coffee with milk again! I still get the same pain I usually do but no other symptoms. I do stick to the recommended dose though, maybe taking extra would eradicate that issue.
