"These do have a nice sweet vanilla flavour, but if the food you are about to eat is a chicken korma or a cheese platter, that's not really helpful. The unflavoured ones are probably better. Also there is only 1/3 as many enzymes in this as in my normal brand, Nature's Best- so you need to take 3 tablets, meaning this only has 40 doses. So Nature's Best is significantly cheaper per dose. In fact the bottle is deceptive because it says 6000 ALU- but that's per 2 tablets rather than per tablet as you would naturally assume. And anyway you are better advised to take 9000 ALU, or 3 tablets.When I took 3 of these they did help. I mean the thing about being lactose intolerant is if you take these and then eat dairy, it helps but doesn't completely remove any discomfort so they are not perfect. But sometimes you find yourself at a dinner party and you eat what you are given to be polite. In that case, having these kinds of tablets is very useful. But maybe not this specific brand.Also I guess it's good that these are vegan, but I don't understand why. If being vegan was so important to you, you wouldn't be trying to eat dairy anyway."

these tablets are great for lactose intolerance. the milkaid in shops where i live is more expensive. so it is much more worth getting these. also, the vanilla flavour isn't bad. if you don't like the berry flavour you'll probably prefer these.sarah simms
