How Trust Scores Work

Our algorithm analyzes multiple signals to calculate a 0–100 trust score for each product. This score reflects the likelihood that reviews are genuine and unmanipulated.

Verified Purchases: Higher verified % = more trustworthy reviewers
Review Velocity: Sudden bursts may indicate fake campaigns
Review Quality: Detailed long reviews suggest genuine experiences
Rating Manipulation: 5-star inflation and polarization patterns
Author Diversity: One-review accounts raise red flags

Score Thresholds:

PASS (80–100)

Genuine reviews, minimal manipulation detected

CAUTION (50–79)

Some suspicious patterns, proceed carefully

FAIL (0–49)

High likelihood of fake or manipulated reviews
