"So nowhere in the documentation does it show you where to place the electrodes on your neck. once you add the electrode gel, it doesn't matter as the electrodes slide anterior to lay next to the trachea. Can't be worn by small necked individuals. The app doesn't let you use right after using it, so you can't use it and then let your spouse wear and use it, forces an hour wait in between, but it doesn't tell you that, just says to do breathing exercises. As for the ability to adjust the intensity, its always at the same painful intensity. You lower it all the way to 1 and it still jolts you when it starts, increase the intensity and nothing changes. Not ready for prime time and not ready for $260+ price tag. While there are clinical studies around vagus nerve stimulation, this device was not the one used for those studies.UPDATE: The team reached out to me and tried to fix the problem. They were very responsive and mentioned where better directions and guidance could be found. So moving upto 3 stars as the company overall is very responsive to the customer and helpful."

I bought this based on recommendations from the internet to help calm my ADHD and improve sleep quality. It does help me concentrate. The free version of the program has 5 modes and a large selection of meditation music. The vibration is the same as that of an electrostimulation device used in physiotherapy. Without gel, the highest power setting of 9 feels like 3 when using gel (gel is important). After using the device, I still had a tingling sensation throughout my body for another 5 minutes.shawn gauthier

This was a gift from a fellow insomniac so the price tag wasn’t an issue. The yearly subscription is the way to go.Perhaps it’s a placebo effect, but this device feels like “doing something” rather than just hoping for sleep. The stimulation is intense and my side research into the vegas nerve connection between the gut and the brain has increased my confidence in the science behind Pulsetto. It feels meditative, only better because it does the work for you and is so intense it pulls all your thoughts to the feeling so you don’t have to clear your mind or focus on breathing. The sessions are short be feel complete. It has become an easy habit to incorporate into my evenings. It connects instantly via blue tooth. The app is intuitive. I like it.david bauss

I've been using Pulsetto for a few weeks and it really helps me relax, especially before sleep. It fits comfortably around my neck and is very easy to use. The app is simple to install and control. I feel less stressed and my sleep has improved. Definitely a great tool for anyone dealing with anxiety or sleep issues.tatyana obynochnaya

The media could not be loaded. When I bought the Pulsetto, honestly, I was skeptical — like, what can a vibrating device really do for stress? 😅 But! After the first week of use, I noticed I was able to let go of tension much faster after stressful days. Especially when I use it before bed — I can literally feel my body relaxing and my breathing getting steady.Bonus: my HRV scores actually improved (checked via Oura and Garmin — the difference is real)!Downside: the vibrations could be a bit gentler. Sometimes it feels too sharp, especially if your neck is sensitive.🔋 Battery lasts for about 6–8 sessions (10–15 minutes each) and charges quickly.Bottom line: it works if you use it consistently. It’s not a magic fix, but it’s a great tool for reducing anxiety and fatigue. Not a miracle, but definitely helps your body shift out of “stress mode.” 👌What Customers Talk About
