"Great product...I've been using it for months now and have seen a noticeable difference in my sleep. However, be VERY careful putting this on and don't pull on it. These things are almost as fragile as eggs, and if you have to replace it on a warranty claim good luck...it takes a LONG time to get a reply and then to get a replacement."

I really like that the sessions only take a few minutes, so it’s easy to use anytime.I also want to mention the app, which works great. I was skeptical about wearable wellness tech, but the Pulsetto FIT has proven me wrong. The setup was quick, and the fitting is comfortable enough to wear while lounging on the couch. I primarily use the "Sleep" mode about an hour before bed, and it has significantly improved how quickly I fall asleep and the quality of my rest. It feels like a reset button for your nervous system. Battery life has been great so far, and the design is sleek and discreet. Worth every penny.olga

I thought Pulsetto Fit is a nice portable option that I could take with me on trips and use at home as well. Instructions were easy to follow and once I got the app installed and device paired, it was pretty easy to use, the sessions are short and guided which was nice. After few sessions, I started noticing results - i felt calmer and more settled before sleep. Its not an instant sudden effect, but more subtle or gradual.
