"This is my first week taking this. I’m 37 yrs old, and I’ve noticed a difference with my energy and mood. I only take half the dose, one pill, and that’s enough to completely jack me up and make me feel great - energized and focused beyond what caffeine can do. It makes me feel strong physically and mentally, while making my emotions more even. The only complaint I have is, it has made my hair fall out! My heart is also racing like I have anxiety, and I can’t sleep at night. During the day, I’ll suddenly have a wierd fatigue that feels like adrenal fatigue. Also, something weird started happening, there’s pain in my chest and it’s shooting down my left arm and into my hand. Why this would cause peripheral neuropathy is a mystery. There’s not a lot of literature on this, is it safe for women who have PCOS or does it increase the androgens? There’s a lot of unanswered questions, and I am also afraid this could be cancer causing if taken chronically. For the most part, I feel like my old self again, with some symptoms, but for now, the symptoms are worth it for me to be able to make it through my day."

Pregnenolone is a precursor hormone and it's levels are crucial for your other hormone regulation. Unfortunately it gera hardly tested and can be a reason why other HRT aren't working well. If you are stressed and have high cortisol, it will use your pregnenolone to produce more cortisol, causing hormone disruption. It's called pregnenolone steal.
