"The cart was a good price, arrived quickly, was pretty easy to assemble, and looks like it will help us ferry stuff from vehicle to lodging (which was a big motivation).However, a couple of quibbles:- The smaller "wrench" of the two was the wrong size (7.5mm? 8mm?) for the 7mm nuts; I had to use a proper 7mm socket/ratchet to tighten both bolts.- The hook-and-loop patch of the front carry strap (not the plastic pulling handle) was poorly stitched to the strap and had almost entirely come loose in transit. Each time I'd move the strap out of the way, I was seeing it come more and more undone. I grabbed my sewing kit and did my best to secure that patch to the strap. (And I briefly contemplated returning it, but since I'd already assembled most of it when I discovered that stitching issue, I figured I'd try to repair it myself vs. returning it.)- When folded up, the cart does not balance on its own and needs to be laid down or leaned against something.- The cutouts for the tailgate clips are not wide enough to allow easy clipping/unclipping. I may safety pin the left and right cutouts to make them wider. Also, I expect that the clips will eventually break (since they're just plastic and -- as best I can tell -- there's no *gentle* way to fasten/unfasten the tailgate; it has to be pushed/smacked into position. When that happens, I will use a little hook-and-loop strap to keep one/both sides of the tailgate connected to the cart and just open it when I want to drop the tailgate.I don't expect perfection with stuff like this, but wanted to mention the above issues in case any of them are important to prospective buyers."
