"I would consider purchasing a different PSU for any GPU requiring the new PCIe 5.0 / Gen 5 12VHPWR Type-4 PSU Power Cable.This PSU has 3 PCIe connections for the GPU, and is shipped with 3 of the double cables. They are now including the attached piece of paper that shows you cannot use their included cables. To use the 1 to 1 PCIe cable, you would have to purchase 4 of them. However, this PSU does not have 4 connections, so it cannot be connected as illustrated.You can/would need to purchase the Be Quiet 12VHPWR Adaptor Cable, which uses 2 of the PCIe slots on the PSU. This is not clear on the product purchase page.I returned and purchased the Dark Power 13 which is designed with the 12VHPWR connection.----Ease of install 3/5The PSU comes with the specifications packet, but no clear diagrams to aid in installation. For the amateur hobbyists (such as myself), I was fairly confused initially regarding the GPU PCIe 8-pin vs the very similarly appearing CPU EPS-12V 8-pin power connections. So I attached a picture to try to help other people. The CPU EPS-12V has a different connection on the PSU, and plugs into the motherboard.---No concerns with quality when opening the box. Everything looked fantastic. Never turned it on however."

I pirchased this because 1000 watts was not enough for my gpu. However the cords labels did not match their booklet. So I wondered how I could put a 4 pin cpu and a 6 pin into my cpu plug. I still do not kniw what the 600 watt cords are for because it is not explained. The cord are stiff accept fir the sata which fit snuggly so they def not gonna slip out of your ssds. It took me an hour of reading and trial to plug in my cpu ports. I am used to seeing gpu ,cpu on the cords.so far however it’s quiet and works great.samurainoakuma
