"Very well-made product. Great attention to detail I feel given to the radiator, lines, pump/cooling block & LED lighting on the pump block. The cooling block area is massive & pictures don't do it justice, & its nice that it's nickel plated, so if you wanted to use liquid metal you can. To me, look & feel of the product is of quality. I have other AIO coolers; from different manufacturers all have been decent products and all of them are still working to this day, however they all came with & have even more coolant loss at this time when writing this review. The only AIO that doesn't sound like maracas, is this beQuiet AIO, I could barely hear any coolant slosh when shaking it. My unit came with the box fully sealed, however I am missing the 4 replacement O-rings for when you remove the fill screw to refill the coolant on the radiator & the screw you remove to refill the radiator is badly damaged like someone was filling it before I received it. I have contacted beQuiet! about the missing parts & the damaged fill screw, I will leave this review at a 5 star until I know if they will send me the missing parts or if they choose to ignore me, I will change the review to a 3 star, & yes, I went thru their official website & to their parts support link & put in all needed info, like my name, address & serial number of my AIO. Overall installation has been easy & the user guide that is sent is nice (printed on nice heavy paper if you like that sort of thing) & has good pictures if that's better for your than reading instructions. I am using 6 Phanteks D30-140mm D-RGB fans in a push/pull setup & after dialing in settings on ASUS Armory Crate, it's keeping my AM5 9800X3D at 38c idle with all 8 cores locked at a 5.4Ghz overclock & the cores are not allowed to relax. I haven't seen more then 50c under gaming loads playing at 4K HDR 120hz, on FFXIV, Hell Divers II, God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn, etc. The only complaint I have with the cooler is not with the cooler at all, it is missing the 4 spare O-rings for when you refill the radiator & the fill screw appears heavily damaged from someone refilling the radiator. The AIO was in its original packaging, all outside seal in place, no rips or tears on the individual packages. So, imagine my surprise when I opened the box for the first time and everything was perfectly packaged with the protective bags on all the items in the box, however there is no spare O-rings for when you need to top off the radiator. As I have already stated I will change my review once I hear from beQuiet! or don't.I have always liked beQuiet! products & this is the first time for me to try one out, & so far it has been great. I have the pump set to max speed, & it's so quiet, I can't hear it run at all & the Phanteks D30-140mm fans are very quiet as well. I also didn't use the thermal compound they provided. I am sure it's good stuff, I used Arctic MX-6 thermal paste & all has been well. For now I would recommend this AIO to anyone, I have had it running 24/7 now for like a week & have had no issues.EDIT:I have heard back from beQuiet!, the 4 O-rings have been found & they are for the intel installation, there are no replacement O-rings when you refill the AIO, also they suggest me return the AIO & get a new one, for the fill screw being stripped out, this isn't acceptable, it's a perfectly working product, & I just don't throw in the AIO, I route the wiring, hoses, etc to make it look nice and have the best possible cooling. This is a factory defect with the stripped fill screw, & while the did offer to send a new one, they want me to pay for the shipping, while I understand the cost will be minimal, it's the principal of it. I didn't mess up the fill screw, they should just ship me a new one free of charge & at the same time look into their quality & control to see where it went wrong.
