"**EDIT: customer service got back to me a couple weeks after my review and proceeded to send me a replacement unit. So far the unit is working well. I'm adding two stars to my second rating, because of the good customer service, but I'm still concerned about the unit failing in the first place, so I cannot give it 5 stars like I originally had. I do however consider this keyboard is a good buy. If you want to see my previous review, it's below.**INITIAL REVIEW (prior to customer service reply): Keyboard was working fine for a long time, but I started to notice my escape key wasn't registering in game... well at the time I thought it was a game glitch, but now I'm certain it was something to do with the top row. I used the provided switch puller to look at the connections and it all seems clean, but the top row of keys (esc, f1-f12, prntscr, scrlk, pause) do not register any inputs (confirmed with switch hitter software).I wanted to try sending it in to be repaired, but there was no warranty card included in my package. When I searched online I saw it was supposed to be a couple pages at the end of each language section in the manual according to the online manual, however my manual is missing those additional pages... wonderful right?Writing this review so someone at the company will take a look. BUYER BEWARE, my initial rating for this product was 5 stars... I didn't know it would fall apart in a year. All other keys are doing fine."
