"Seems great at first, then it "hibernates" after 30 mins and causes the computer to crash.If you're only going to turn it on, transfer some files, then turn it off again I guess it works great. For day to day use as a backup drive, not so much.Researching till my eyes bleed seems to indicate this is a firmware issue, and the "tools" to adjust it are only available from really sketchy .ru websites.Verdict? AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUEedit: After posting this review the ORICO tech support folks contacted me and sent a link to an app to update the firmware and change the sleep from 30 mins to 0 (never) and now it works fine.The firmware updater app appears to have a virus in it, at least according the Google virus scanner so I won't be posting the link.Why can't they ship this case with the sleep delay disabled in the first place??? Let the operating system put the drive to sleep if you want. Yes that works properly now as well."

Super easy drive cabinet. It recognized my 22TB drives without issue along with my older smaller drives. You cannot use this USB model as a RAID cabinet - they have a different model for that.
