"This pan meets the description however, there is a manufacturing flaw that can cause cuts to fingers and hands! I have had this pan about a month and it has been great as far as no stick and does not warp in the oven, but while washing today I sliced my finger on one of the rolled edges! Looking close, I discovered the knurl is not closed on one side and open enough to cause my nasty cut! I sent the supplier a note to remove this item and contact the manufacture with this information."

Very good product. Dimensions of mine are not exactly 20" x 14" x 1", but 19 5/8" x 13 3/4" x 1 1/4" edge-to-edge of the outer rim. So, if precise size is important, be aware. The advertised measurements are close, but not exact.satisfied
