"Nice square baking dish. The lid is not intended for baking with, but it sure is nice to have one for refrigerator or transportation after the baking is done. Both pan and lid are good quality although not exceptional. The pan is deep enough for brownies or casserole making it very versatile. The pan has a decent thickness to it but isn't overly heavy.Here’s my rating scale for products:1 Star: Do not buy. This item has serious flaws. I would never under any circumstances use again.2 Stars: Do not buy. Its usable at best, but you could easily find something better.3 Stars: Just ok. Buy if you can't find an alternative. Some issues need to be addressed.4 Stars: Recommend purchase. This item met my expectations.5 Stars: I love this product and would highly recommend to friends & family.Additional Information: As a Vine reviewer, I know that people depend on these early revies as I to depend on reviews when shopping on Amazon. This 8 x 8 Inch Baking Pan with Lid is Fantastic. Made of Stainless Steel, this is a perfect Square Pan. Thick and durable and so easy to clean. Dishwasher safe. The Lid fits perfectly, keeping air tight. Very unusual to find a pan with a lid and this one is perfect. So easy to use and is the perfect size. Great for baking and cooking.I have used this pan so much. I love that it has a lid, very unique and unusual. I love using this for cornbread and brownies, because when you cut them you don't have to search for plastic wrap, you can just put the lid on it and forget it. Washes up wonderfully.
