"The stuff, surprisingly, is pretty good! My gauge for pea protein powder is how well it mixes into specific things that I prepare on a regular basis, such as soups and cakes. After a few experiments, I can say that it plays nicely with other ingredients and doesn't overpower, which some pea protein powders tend to do. The powder itself is pretty even and fine and looks like it was milled with care. I also appreciate that it's not salty as compared to at least one other brand I tried and unfortunately couldn't get through because they didn't filter it out during another round of processing.I'm not too keen on the fact that it requires two scoops to get the necessary amount of nutrients, whereas at least two other brands that I regularly use can do it with fewer grams. This stuff is also pretty expensive in comparison to some of the more popular brands that are able to pack in more nutrients as aforementioned; so, it's not the best value out there. I'm not sure if I would order this again, but I would recommend it nonetheless."
