I do not usually buy cookbooks because I don’t find them to be easy to use, but I was gifted this one and so far I really like it and I think I’ll be able to make multiple entrées! I made the Goldstar chili and a lot of people commented that it tasted identical to the original. I like the amount of photos there are and I find that the recipes are more trustworthy to make since they are a copycat.heather graney

The two recipes I tried from this cookbook have been fabulous! (Panera Chicken and Wild Rice Soup and Red Lobster's New England Clam Chowder) I did need to add some more salt and veggies to the dishes because I like more but these recipes taste just like the originals. It is clear a lot of care went into crafting these recipes to match the flavor of the actual dishes. I recommend this book.What Customers Talk About
