"Got two packs of 3 reverse fans for my new build, an O11D Evo RGB. I open the shipping box and find out that one 3-pack came in a literal plastic bag with no box, no screws, no manual, and just a single cable to connect them to the computer. Looks like they were previously used and thrown into a crappy bag for shipping. The second pack came in a proper package like you'd expect.I plugged the first pack (from the plastic bag) to see how they looked and if they worked. They did work fine, but was disappointed to find out that they had wobbly centers, which ruined them for me. If you buy these types of fans, you're going for looks more than for functionality. Yes, I understand that they are cheaper for a reason, so make sure you don't set your expectations too high.I then decided to open the second pack (the one that came in proper packaging) to see if they wobbled. Turns out I couldn't get them to work at all. They wouldn't even turn on. i tried switching the order in which they were daisy-chained, different cables, different headers on the motherboard, and they just refused to work. Even if you do get a working set, I would be concerned about how long these things last. It would suck having to redo your build because the fans died out of nowhere.If they had worked to begin with and didn't wobble, they would've been my choice of fans and there would be 10 of them in my new build. i saw one on PC Part Picker with these fans and decided to give them a try. Too bad they didn't really work for me. I used a Thermalright ARGB Fan HUB Controller and OpenRGB on Linux to control them."
