I needed a stylish fan for my CPU Heatsink in my HTPC to match the general black/red (NO RGB) theme. This one fit the bill. Since it clips onto the heatsink, the extra thickness of the fan didn't make much of a difference. Did not try other applications, so I cannot attest to the thickness of the fan being 'a problem'.Noise level of the fan was very good in this application. Being an HTPC, this unit must sit in a living room and be barely noticed when nothing else is going on (reading a book, for example). It was very quiet all the way up to about 60%, and moving a good bit of air. Higher than 60% started to hear some humming/wooshing, and not really saw more cooling power, so I am keeping the fan curve at 50% for general load, and ramping up when the cpu possibly hits 60°C (which it only does under full load of prime95 torture).Overall, impressed by this fan. Just goes to show "dont listen to tech-talk people on Discord"... because they said this fan was bad.

Product arrived on time and with no damage installation was a breeze and these things literally move the most air I’ve ever seen out of a fan that’s less than $30. I would say for the 120’s I’d like to see a 3 pack bundle or a 2 pack for the 140’s
