"The belt size was correct but came with a prefitted hook. Did not have pens holding the proper hook size and so could not be swapped out. I saw nothing in the advertising saying that this would not fit my door opener. I'm on a limited time And need the right product.UPDATE:I spoke with the vendor and have amended this review from a 1 to a 3 star. Here is the reasoning. First they genuinely seem interested in helping. That is a bonus in this day and age. Second, if I had scrolled down to the photos of what to look for I would have noticed the hook difference. Now why didn't I boost it up any more? Well...in the advertisement it says it fits MOST CHAMBERLIN door openers, AND they did not show which model it actually supports. I will do the leg work for others on this... It wont work in a formula 1 model. that said, check the various parts of your belt first if you decide to order this specific model belt."
