"Dear Ranki,STOP USING TAPE TO STICK THE FILAMENT TO THE SPOOL! When reaching the end of a spool of filament, the tape peels off the spool and stays stuck to the filament end. The tape then jams up in the printer, keeping the filament from feeding through the extruder.THIS CAUSES FAILED PRINTS AND DAMAGES MACHINES! Because the filament end can not feed through the machine, the filament run-out detection on my machine never triggers. So it just keeps running even though it cant extrude any plastic, putting tons of wear on the extruder gears, and leaving filament in the hotend to boil. This has happened to me many times with this filament, as I have gone through dozens of rolls of it.Ranki, please stop using tape on your spools! Every other filament manufacturer has figured this out. When users reach the end of a spool the filament, it should just pull free of the spool and feed cleanly through their machine. Tape is unnecessary and makes your product worse!I love this filament. It's excellent. It prints great on my Bambu P1P. It has awesome material properties I have not found in any other TPU. But this issue with the tape is causing me to search for alternatives."
