"This seemed a great idea: five units to fit my Rotring Art-pens.Each filler is in three parts: the ink reservoir (which will fit Parker or Lamy pens), a little converter which enables the reservoir to fit a standard pen format and also to fit the needle. Seems good but when I did a dry run assembling the reservoir, the converter and then putting the assembly into the pen and tried to remove it again to fill the reservoir the little converter remained firmly fixed in the pen so the needle no longer fitted the reservoir.I managed to remove the converter eventually from the pen but not without chewing it up. I fitted a new converter filled the reservoir and thought well I could alway leave it in the pen and keep one of the other converters specifically for use with the needle.Then I discovered that, when the assembly was installed, the barrel of the pen would not fit over the extended reservoir and converter. In the process I chewed up a second converter removing it to put another cartridge in the pen. I am hoping I can return the order with two chewed up converters and one used reservoir and needle.All in all it was a total disaster."
