"I wish I'd read the reviews first about how there's a valve that can be accidentally closed and blocks the flow of water. Look at the videos here, at least on of them clearly has the valve closed and so there's no water flowing. Once I was aware of this I set it to all the way open and the fountain is working better than ever before. There's great water flow and it's quiet.Makes me wonder if the previous pump that I replaced was broken, or I just hadn't noticed that it was switched to closed."

Don’t waste your time and money. I’ve had the Catit water fountain for about 3 1/2 years. The pump finally gave out, so I ordered this one as a replacement, and it’s completely useless. As soon as I received it, I tried it out on my fountain, and the fan is so weak that it can’t move the water up as intended. I don’t understand how a company can sell a product that doesn’t work AT ALL.gypsy
