"At first I was sticking them to walls and kitchen cabinets where the flies, which I thought were fruit flies but turned out to be fungus gnats, liked to congregate. They did not work like this at all. The flies actually actively avoided the yellow sticky papers.It was only after more research I realized these were fungus gnats, coming from an indoor potted plant’s soil, that I realized I had been using the stickies wrong. You have to cut them into strips and stick them directly over the top of the planter, over the soil. I did this too all the potted plants to the point they looked like a plant crime scene with yellow tape everywhere.This finally worked though and I was able to single out the culprit that was causing all the trouble: a bamboo plant that was originally an outdoor plant that was gifted to us to keep as an indoor plant, but must still have been in its original outside soil. So we’ll be re-potting it with different soil asap."

Very good sticky traps, exactly 60 arrived. I like to cut each one up into 3 even pieces and use a hole puncher to make the holes. I have many fruit trees and bushes in my yard, and I just tie these up on branches, and they get completely filled with bugs. I can see they catch many of the harmful flies that lay eggs in fruit. Very happy with how effective these are. They last a couple of weeks each and are easy to replace. As an added bonus, I see birds pecking some of the bugs right off the traps, helping free up more space for others to get trapped, and this also keeps the birds happy enough that they don't bite the fruits.What Customers Talk About
