"Ok, so I actually like this mouthpiece. It did, in fact, silence my abhorrent snoring so that my wife no longer fatasized about murdering me in my sleep every night.However, I went to the dentist after using this for a few months, and he told me that it was literally ruining my teeth! It was pulling on my upper teeth, causing them to slant inward. It was also causing mild damage to my gums.If you decide to use this, I HIGHLY recommend doing so under the supervision of a dentist. For me, snoring cessation just isn't worth damaging my teeth."
