"I don't necessarily agree with the claim of three dots equals 3 weeks of adhesiveness/longevity in your electrode. I think it depends on how many times you move it around and restick it, versus the length of time the stickiness. I move my electrodes from different areas to different areas and I would say I get at least 5 more good sticks out of them before I feel I need to reapply it. Definitely have some extra electrodes as you need to wait overnight before using it again after applying the gel. This will definitely save you money on buying new electrodes."

I was skeptical that the liquid from this bottle would turn into adhesive goo overnight under the “seal” that protects the electrode pad. But that’s what happened and the pads have been adhering well. I used very little of the bottle to “recharge” two 2” diameter pads (from my Chirp Halo). I would guess this bottle will last for months.Much more eco-friendly and economical than buying new pads!kim
