"I personally didn't notice much of a difference using this with my tens machine, so I don't bother using it. Since I have it here, I do have a little handheld EMS red light device that I use on neck, and you need to use gel with it, so I decided to try this with that. Just like all other gels, it becomes sticky quickly, but again, that's all of them. The thing that will stop me from using this gel anywhere close enough to smell it is that it has a slight fishy smell that I found unbearable.I gave it four stars just because it is a conductive gel, and from the reviews it sounds like it works for a lot of people. I took a star off for the smell."

I’ve used this for about the past month with my PowerDot Smart Muscle Stimulator unit to extend the life of the electrode pads. I use the unit twice a day, and the gel has already doubled the pad life with no end in sight. Over time the pads otherwise lose stickiness and conductivity, but the gel restores both to a better than new state.tim hults
