"Bought 4 and 1 was dead. When powered up, the light came on green and would then trip 5 seconds later. I replaced it with another of the 4 I bought and all was well.Levitron has always been my go-to product, but this time I got a dud. Solid when installed and never had a problem with any of my Levitron GFCIs or outlets until this purchase. Bummed but not worth the hassle or time of returning.Still recommend them as they are a good quality product, easy to install, take up less room in your electric box verse other brands, and have a nice green light to assure you all is well.Tips - Remember the line connections to go to where your electricity comes from and the load side goes to the next outlet or device you are feeding. There will be a plastic sticker over the load side.***Save yourself some money. Figure out which is your first outlet in a circuit or run and put this as your first outlet. It will then protect the entire circuit branch of outlets after it.WR - Stands for weather resistance.TR - Tamper Resistant"

Had to replace our dishwasher and this was a nice upgrade (and now code required) to tie it into the house power. Direct line connection to the circuit breaker is no longer allowed and a GFCI is required.sacramento guy

Quality device well suited for the outdoor application I required. Would recommend to anyone. When installing it if your using this for a series for other outlets be sure to pay attention to the input and load on the outlet. Don’t do what it did and have to pull the outlet back out and swap the wires to make it function correctly.chris mclaughlin
