"I've been using this product for several years and i really like it but I noticed the price has literally doubled from when purchased in 2023. I can understand prices going up but, DOUBLE?? I've decided to switch to another brand similar in nutritional information...."

I don’t know if this is good plain since I always use it IN things and it’s good this way for sure.TIP: I don’t like to eat first thing but have been told I need protein within 30 mins of waking. So… I get 8 oz water, toss in 44g Greek yogurt and 21 g of this (I think that’s almost half serving). That gives me 20 grams of protein within only 100 calories…FOR THE WIN!Vitamin D3: I’ve recently added Vit D3 and it’s fat soluble. The only timing that worked was with my morning shake so I’ve just switched the Greek yogurt to full fat for now and haven’t mapped out the calories but I believe it only adds 20 more calories.I’ve also used this by adding this, and a little zero sugar chocolate pudding mix, black cocoa (not too much), and yogurt and it’s a super rich treat that’s high in protein.

Doc told me to add to my iced coffees to get some protein in my diet. Tastes great and I don’t feel the need to add sugar now too. But what is with the settling!?! I JUST opened it and it’s at half!?!

Yum😋 This has the Amino Acids I need and it taste awesome. Only 2gm of sugar. Mixes well in a shaker bottle and no gritty taste. Hubby says it would also be great with 2 scoops of Vanilla ice cream and a baby Hershey bar in a blender🤣 I told him he is missing the point here. We are trying to cut down on the 3 meal a day deal and use this once daily for a meal replacement. Day one was great. It helped my ginormous sweet tooth and gave me 25 gm of protein for stable energy until dinner. It is a bit pricy but 1 package will last us about 10 days for the 2 of us. We have tried other Whey Protein, the flavor was gritty and the taste was horrible and didn’t contain Amino Acids. Try this you won’t be disappointed 👍

I make smoothies pretty often (maybe 2-3x per week). Yogurt, frozen fruit, milk - blend. I decided to add a half-scoop of this into it, to make them a little more protein-rich. Its a good addition. It changes the texture to a little bit creamier, but they were already kinda creamy to begin with. So, I'll get ~30 smoothies with about ~12g protein added per smoothie. I'm not a health nut, but you SHOULD get your protein goals in, or you're deficient. This helps me hit that goal. By itself its pretty good, but I prefer their chocolate if I'm just doing a plain blended milkshake. I find all this stuff is way better in a bullet blender than just a shaker, it always has clumps in a shaker no matter what brand.

taste ok, a bit sweet but consider the protein per scoop, I drank it.
