"The media could not be loaded. I ordered 9 of these for a product that I make which has the option to use a USB-c to USB-c connection, or a USB-c to regular USB connection. 3 customers complained the USB-c to USB-c connection does not work… so I tried it at home… and lo and behold the USB -c connector is not working! I tried it on 5 different USB-c connectors Here is the video.."
