"My daughter wore them for an 18 hour hike that required multiple river crossings and wading through the river for hours. They kept feet warm, prevented blisters, dried over night for use on the remaining hike the next day. Look like cute wool socks from the outside!?"

I was not expecting these to really work. But they do! I had bought "Seal Skins" waterproof socks in the past, and they work also, but these SuMade are more comfortable . With that said, (like Seal Skins) the shape of them are kinda funny. Like a bootie shape not a foot. But hey, they work! I may wear think sock liners along with these just for the purpose of feeling like a sock on my foot, but I am impressed, they do the job for such a great price. I reccommend.lynn

My son goes snowboarding all the time in the winter months & when he would come home his feet were soaking wet. I bought these socks for him & his feet stay nice and dry. His only complaint are the socks are a little tough to get on but he manages.Anonymous

I do a lot of rock collecting on and in rivers. These have opened up so much more rock collecting areas! The water up here in MN in fall is ice cream headache cold on your feet, around 40F-50F degrees. With normal socks you can stand in the water maybe 30 seconds before it starts to become extremely uncomfortable and painful.Using these waterproof socks I was able to stand in the river below my knees (knee high socks) for 1-2 hours no problem. My feet stayed dry and warm, maybe slightly cool from the water, but not uncomfortable at all. These socks are thick and warm and work very good. They are a little on the pricey side, however they are not a normal pair of socks.I am pleased with my purchase and happy about how effective they are at keeping your feet warm and dry. I was very skeptical when I purchased them, however they have proven themselves. I bought a pair for my girlfriend and she loves them also. If you do a lot of shallow river crossings these are a game changer!katie ling
