"The T-Rex 3 Pro is a rugged-looking watch with a high-quality display, but unfortunately, my unit arrived with a defective speaker that produced no sound for calls or music. While the physical watch feels solid, the brand’s after-sales service is completely unreliable.I have been struggling with their support since October. On November 28, the company officially confirmed via WhatsApp that they could not provide a replacement due to stock issues and promised a full refund. They even collected my bank details to process it.However, on December 8, they reversed their decision, denied the refund, and told me I had to wait until late December for a new watch instead. Throughout this process, their communication was unprofessional; they repeatedly asked for invoices I had already sent months ago and eventually stopped answering my calls. Buy this at your own risk. Good product but bad service."

I tried Garmin Epix Pro 2, Garmin Fenix 7 Pro, Suunto Vertical, Apple Ultra 2, Pixel 4, etc. Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro is a combination of all the above. Paired with Zepp app, this is a formidable option. I like the most logical buttons and UI interface in getting to all functions. Love this thing!Watchface selections and customization options are quite limited. But no big deal. All features are easily accessible in a few taps or swipes.If you are considering Garmin or Suunto, I recommend you give Amazfit a try. Amazfit Ultra 2 coming out soon too. But T-Rex 3 Pro is still my go-to.dan rodgers
