"I ordered this phone mostly as a way to keep in touch with our kids. They’re at an age where they’re out and about a bit more on their own. They’re 12 and 10 years old.The overall quality of this phone is good. What I like most about it is that it is very basic. This was important to my fiancée and me because of the ages of the kids. We don’t want them having unsupervised phone gaming and video time which is not available on this phone. It’s light and small enough for the kids to keep with them easily and yet rugged too. It’s also simple to use!I also like that the phone’s storage can be increased to 128GB.Along with being used to keep in contact with our kids, this phone can be used as a temporary backup if one of our own phones stops working which is a plus for us.I haven’t discovered anything I don’t like or that’s “wow!” about this phone. I will edit this review if anything changes in these regards.Bottom line:It’s a fine product and I see no reason to avoid it."

My Dad is happy with it. We needed an upgrade to a phone thats compatible on 4G. It's simple to use, well made, and comes with an extra battery.john

These are decent and do what they need to do. Bought two for my parents. Was easy enough to setup. Programmed Sim card in my phone then transfered to these phones as instructed. They both work. Just don't expect to do much texting. The radio and flashlight work, camera is not the best. Works with Lucky Mobile.saturated sponge

This is a great basic phone in candybar format rather than the usual flip format.I find this fits better in a pocket than flip phones do and that this is much more durable than a flip ever would be.No wifi, no apps, this is as basic of a phone as it gets, which is just perfect when that's exactly all you need. This has a flashlight, a terrible built in camera as well as FM radio capabilities with wired headset as antenna.Getting around the menus is the phone isn't the quickest, but not super slow. But with this being such a basic phone, you're not going to be doing much more than making and receiving calls, maybe the odd incoming SMS for 2FA.Battery wise, it lasts a very long time as you're not constantly using the phone with the screen on. You can go days between charges if seldom used.It is pretty rugged and I feel that it will hold up well to most accidental drops. Audio quality, while not stellar, isn't something that I can complain about, especially at this price point and for such a basic phone. The camera quality is very low, but again, it's a very basic phone so there is no focus on the camera. For what it is, this is great!holly hudson beauty

This is an amazing mobile phone for its intended purpose just to be used as a phone. We bought it for my dad and it was one of the best things, he calls everybody now, it's so freeing for him.nick t

It's a cute phone, I did not check all the functions, but things I need worked. Activating it with Koodo was easy too.james

The AGM M9 is a practical rugged phone for seniors. It features a 2.4-inch screen with a 240x320 resolution, large keypad keys, and exceptionally clear fonts. Measuring approximately 141x59x16.5 mm and weighing around 131 grams, it's lightweight and comfortable to hold. It supports 4G networks, dual SIM dual standby, and has three card slots: two for SIM cards and one for a TF card, allowing for up to 128GB of internal storage expansion. The battery is a removable 1000mAh unit, and two batteries are included. Charging is via a Type-C port. It boasts IP68 and IP69K water and dust resistance, can withstand drops from approximately 2 meters, and includes basic functions such as a flashlight, FM radio, Bluetooth, and MP3 player. It lacks Wi-Fi and various apps, making it purely for making calls and sending text messages. When installing the SIM card, gently pry open the back cover, remove the battery, and then pull out the card slot to insert the SIM card. Ensure the card is placed flat, and do not force the cover back on too tightly to avoid deforming the card slot. For first-time users, it's recommended to activate the SIM card in another phone first, making it easier for the M9 to recognize. Setting the language and time after powering on is simple, the button operation is intuitive, and the T9 input method is decent. After using it for a while, I feel this phone is incredibly durable. It got wet in the rain, but after drying it, it still worked perfectly; it even survived a fall from a table. Call volume is loud and clear, and the buttons have a satisfying tactile feel. After setting up speed dial, a long press of a button allows you to call family members, which is incredibly convenient. The battery lasts two to three days on standby, and even with heavy calls, a single charge is sufficient. What Customers Talk About
