"This might be good for people who want a simpler phone experience but it is not appropriate foe seniors or people with diminished capacity. My mom has mild cognitive impairment and she is completely unable to use this. It requires you to push the phone button, then a button to unlock and then press a star key after. Not only can she not handle a sequence like that but it also requires you to do it quite quickly. We have tried many times with coaching and this has been a complete waste of money. It needs to be one click to make a phone call not 3."
