"While I really do love the look and the pockets to put the silica packets to keep humidity low (and the included hygrometers are very useful); it's just such a pain to do anything with the filaments. There's practically little to no room for your fingers to get in there and rewind the filament spools and take them out. Also to mount the filament you'd have to feed the filament through to the motor on the AMS Lite while holding the spool in your other hand because there's no way you can get into the tiny area with your fingers to feed it if the spool is already on the holder. So it's very clumsy and painful to switch filaments (especially the top ones). I have my AMS Lite in a vertical position so maybe it's worse in that position. Other than needing some room for hands I think it's a pretty decent buy."

After purchasing the Bambu Lab A1 combo, I found the AMS Lite to be a great feeder. I don't consider it a multi-color printer, as its efficiency is mediocre it wastes filaments.I often fill the AMS Lite with four spools of filament. I know the filament can get damp and affect print quality, but I find it troublesome to remove the filament each time, so I'm too lazy to do it, plus I don't use it very often.Until I saw someone had developed an enclosure for the AMS Lite, I bought one to try.The installation process went smoothly. Seller provided an installation video demonstrating how to install the clips, and following the video made it easy.After installation, the overall fit is excellent, fitting perfectly, and the product's workmanship is also very good.After using it for a while, I found that the humidity inside the enclosure can be maintained below 30% (the humidity in my room is basically 60%), which is more than enough for storing consumables.Replacing the desiccant is also convenient once it expires. However, I don't recommend using large desiccant beads because they are difficult to remove; the included packets of desiccant work perfectly.I found that the seller's suggestion of vertical placement only saves space in specific environments. Standing it vertically allows you to place a computer or printed decorations next to it. For truly space-saving solutions, you should refer to Bambulab's top-mount solution, but the original bracket interferes with the enclosure, making installation impossible.After consulting the seller, they provided a modified bracket, allowing me to place the enclosure along with the AMS lite on the A1.This is truely space saving!!tony sumerall

The media could not be loaded. Pagato circa 70 euro e credo che il prezzo sia giusto, si tratta di un prodotto che prende spunto dai progetti che si trovano online da stampare, ma anche se sembra uguale ci sono piccoli miglioramenti che fanno una grande differenza.Partiamo dal materiale di costruzione, i coperchi sono trasparenti particolare non trascurabile, inquanto è possibile monitorare il colore del filamento e del filamento rimanente, la plastica è robusta , si nota subito al tatto che non è un prodotto stampato con le comuni stampanti 3D ma realizzato con stampati industriali ad iniezione di altissima qualità. Gli scomparti sono indipendenti, sigillati e a tenuta stagna e consentono la sostituzione delle bobine e del disidratante, singolarmente, senza compromettere la tenuta stagna degli altri scomparti. Facile da montare, suggerisco di fare molta attenzione al montaggio delle clip arancioni dei coperchi, ci sono dei video che spiegano bene come fare, niente di complicato, se viene fatto con la giusta attenzione è un’operazione che va fatta una sola volta) le clip sono robuste e funzionali.La struttura nel complesso è molto stabile, leggendo alcune recensioni avevo qualche dubbio in merito all’ inserimento e allo sfilamento delle bobine, in effetti ho constatato che lo spazio di manovra è poco, per farlo con la stessa naturalezza di un AMS aperto, ma dopo aver stampato uno dei tanti “estrattori per bobine”, non ho alcuna difficoltà per l’estrazione delle stesse, mentre l’inserimento del filamento, per ragioni sempre di spazio deve avvenire prima di inserire la bobina, quindi è consigliabile tenere un porta bobine in prossimità dell’ AMS dove sistemare temporaneamente la bobina in modo da poter infilare il filamento nell’apposta fessura (munita di guarnizione) e attendere che l’AMS si tiri il filamento, dopodiché si inserisce la bobina. Niente di complicato se consideri che da adesso con questo prodotto la sostituzione delle bobine avvera meno frequentemente.Gli scomparti del disidratante, vanno fissati alla struttura inquanto hanno la funzione anche di bloccaggio della struttura stessa ,quindi una volta montati non possono essere estratti agevolmente per la sostituzione dell’essiccante, pertanto è consigliabile utilizzare le bustine essiccanti con Gel di Silice Rigenerabile, o in alternativa per chi come me si ritrova con il Silice Rigenerabile sfuso, può procurarsi dei sacchettini (tipo quelli utilizzati per i confetti per bomboniere) e li riempi con 50g di silice. Avrebbero potuto fornire dei cassettini da riempire con il silice e da inserire negli scomparti, ma presumo che date le dimensioni ridotte degli stessi non hanno preso in considerazione questa soluzione per non ridurre lo spazio di contenimento dello slice.In conclusione sono soddisfatto e lo consiglio a chi vuole tenere sempre pronte due o tre bobine sull’AMS senza grossi ingombri.k
