I’ve read experts claim that these electrolyte powders are ineffective but for us they work, are refreshing and we feel the benefits. My husband suffers from dementia and his daily serving(s) give him a great pickup and memory boost. The first thing I reach for after my morning walks is this energy powder and then again sometimes in the afternoon. I find myself craving it. I haven’t had coffee in 30+ years although I still drink caffeinated tea and the caffeine level doesn’t bother me at all. I mix it with my amino acids and collagen powder and it’s delicious. My one complaint is why Amazon and Optimum Nutrition don’t offer the larger size for purchase. We end up ordering two every month because we all like it so much.
