"I've tried a lot of different probiotics and this is a solid one. These are easy to swallow capsules that so far have not given me any upset stomach and have no after taste. The current listed price of about 25 dollars USD at the time of this review for 30 capsules is a decent price, about on par with standard brands from grocery stores and department stores. Instead of just one or two strains of bacteria, this is a multi-strain formula along with some other goodies that help the bacteria to thrive and do their job. The best way to see results is to take regularly, which I have been doing. These seem to work a little better than my standard big box store probiotics-- they make my stomach happier. Overall a good product for regularity and digestion. This is a very reputable brand as well, made in a GMP-certified facility, so I have better peace of mind with Codeage than I do with the million no-name brands floating around on Amazon. As with all health products, please confirm with your doctor that this is a good product for you; not everyone's microbiome takes well to these kinds of things and they can affect or interact with other supplements and medications."

This is a great pre and probiotic for optimum gut health. It has no taste, no weird burps, and does not upset your stomach. If anything it gives my gut a feeling of well being and calm. I am regular without it being forceful (lol) and know that I'm giving my body quality ingredients. I know this supplement is effective because I can observe improvements in bloating, gas, and abdominal pain. The price is a bit on the higher side for a probiotic, but I do feel it's worth it.meeble

We have used several Codeage products and been happy with them. This prebiotic and probiotic has a good mix of strains and other ingredients. The capsules are an average size. There is almost no real aftertaste when taking them. So far these have been good for us. At this point they do not stand out compared to other prebiotic and probiotic supplements we've taken. They are a good option, but no better or worse than others we have been using. As with many supplements, it can take time to notice much of a difference. If you are looking for a good prebiotic and probiotic supplement, then this one is worth a try and see how it works for you.thomas jefferson

I’ve tried so many different brands and varieties of probiotics to get my gut health in line. Some work for me better than others but I feel like at a certain point I have to mix it up again. I’m not sure if my gut adjusts over time but it was time to try something new and I love all of the other products I have tried from Codeage. After a month on this product I have experienced less frequent feelings of bloating and an overall healthier gut. I like that these contain both pre and probiotics, something I was previously taking separately.
