"I purchased a pair of OnePlus Buds 4 (TWS) from Amazon. When I received the product on 16 January, it was damaged and had a crack on it. The replacement period was valid until 26 January.Within the replacement period, I tried to raise a complaint with Amazon. However, instead of giving me any proper support or option to resolve the issue, Amazon redirected me to the OnePlus website. I contacted OnePlus and submitted my complaint twice within the replacement period. I first contacted them on 24 January.It took OnePlus around five days to respond properly till that time replacement cycle expired on 26 jan. During that time, different customer care representatives kept calling and asking the same questions repeatedly, and I provided all the required details each time. After five days, they finally told me that OnePlus is not responsible for damaged products and advised me to contact the platform (Amazon).After that, on 29 January, I contacted Amazon again and submitted a complaint along with all warranty details and screenshots they requested. I shared every required screenshot, including proof of invoice and warranty for the defective product. After submitting everything, Amazon told me to contact them again on 11 February or wait 10–12 days.When I contacted them again after the waiting period, my call was transferred multiple times between representatives and senior officers for nearly one hours. Finally, a senior officer told me that they could not help me further and then disconnected the call.Now neither the brand (OnePlus) nor the platform (Amazon) is taking responsibility for the damaged product. Is this fair to the customer? I purchased the product from Amazon, and now Amazon is disconnecting my calls without providing any resolution. Who is responsible in this case? How is a customer supposed to handle this situation?In the end, I said, “Thank you, Amazon, for showing me this experience.” I have now decided to uninstall the application and no longer wish to continue as an Amazon customer."
