"The sound quality is very personalized, as far as how you hear, how the earbuds are positioned in your ears, and how deep your ear canals go. These literally test all three. And that makes ALL the difference, as far as enjoying an immersive, clear, crisp sound experience. The noise cancelation is as good as I expected. Not top notch, but satisfactory.I use a Galaxy S25, and previously an S24 with these. Had to download the HeyMelody app, which wasn't an issue.I typically have an issue with earbuds popping out of my ears, but these don't. They're very comfortable, as there are plenty of options for the little rubber end things. Theyre also very lightweight, as is the case. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I can't seem to connect multiple devices (not even just 2) without connectivity issues. But that's literally the only problem I have. I bought a bluetooth adapter for my PS5, and the gaming sound is so amazing! Sounds like I'm IN the game! All in all, these are by far the best quality buds I've used. I'm so glad I found these!"

Clear Audio and Mic Quality is okay. Audio reception is clear enough in quiet room. I haven't tried the unit in noisy area just yet. So far, it's doing its job.juan morales

Awesome. Their battery in normal mode last 9 hours at least, but I never use it that much. When I put them in the case the charge completely in 20 minutes. The combined charge of the cage + earphones is 2 days. The quality of sound is excellent in basal mode. In the other more sophisticated modes is much better, but the battery drains very fast. They accomplished what they promised.I'm not sure about the material quality in long term, because I have them for a month. They stay in place, very lightweight, and you can adjust them to your personal hearing capabilities.jake

For most sound details, these are pretty comparable to OnePlus Buds 4. But the soundstage is noticeably better. In comparison it's like listening to surround sound instead of mono.Otherwise, durability is fine, materials feel "premium".Anonymous
in the little booklet it says to use heymelody app. i dunno what it is…
in the little booklet it says to use heymelody app. i dunno what it is but its hollow and not for this device.there's a system app called "wireless earphones" by coloros (on playstore) built into the op13, i had it disabled from debloating, but if you dont have that system app installed, you wont be able to click the little {i} by your device in bluetooth, and turn on the extra settings like hq quality, adaptive noise cancellation, and other features of the buds.now that's out of the way, it's exactly what i expected for the price, the reviews didn't let me down, i kept most settings default and messed with hq quality, it says it can drain faster but still works fine, noise cancellation mode makes you deaf to the outside world if you turn it on hahabiggest complaint is the controls, it seems for some reason they put the controls on the stem, and double tapping to skip track doesnt work, the only time the functions on the stem work, is when i take my earbud out to hear someone, and the music stops.the sensor for button should be near the top of the bud, i dont have baby fingers cant cant maneuver my fingers in .2 inches of space between the bud and my earlobe, i have to go to my phone manually and skip and do anything else except lower volume.im gonna attach photos of what the interface looks like once you connect the buds, hit the [i] next to them in bluetooth, and see all the settings available, and a pic of the app you need for those settings to show up on op13 bluetooth settings.if you got a op13 and want high quality buds, this sure seems to be the way, battery life is good, but as the book says do not keep it on the charger over 12 hrs, unplug it after a few its not a industrial battery. quality is fine, stays in my head for the most part, they even come with 4 other sets of covers so you can swap out the plastic heads on the buds if you choose or must, (i kept default)i wish they didnt falsely lead you to believe you need the "heymelody" app, it literally does nothing, shows you a picture of your earbuds in the app and nothing else, total garbage uninstalled, you dont need it if you are on op13, as for others i have no idea, i was told this was basically meant for the op13, hence why i even considered buying it.jason c aspengren

I love em!!! I had the Soundcore Liberty 4 Pros, and the battery life was absolute garbage, so I sent them back and grabbed these instead. The sound is FANTASTIC, and the battery life is great!!! Absolutely recommend, and definitely worth the money!!What Customers Talk About
