"This is a decent dash cam, has lots of nice features. But for the price point, the video quality isn't all that great. The setup is quite easy, and it's quite easy to install the cameras as well. There's plenty of power cable for both the front and rear cameras; just tuck the wires in behind trim to keep it out of the way. The suction cup holds onto the windshield very well, I had no issues with it separating from the glass. It's a good-sized camera, easy to see the screen. I did notice that it reflects a lot of light & glare, nearly looking like a mirror sometimes. The included SD card is a nice bonus. All in all, it's not worth the money, as there are better options with better video quality for a lot less money."

I had single channel Rove Cameras (one front and one rear) for years in a previous vehicle and was always exceptionally happy with their video quality as well their ease to use. When I bought a new 2025 Genesis GV 80, I found out that having two single cameras was no longer an effective option with this vehicle . After discussing camera connectivity with the Genesis Dealership given the high technology of their vehicle I learned that if I wanted a front and rear cameras I would have to upgrade to a new 2 channel camera (1 front and 1 rear) system. Given my experience with ROVE I wanted to stay with them so after looking at my Amazon ROVE options I decided to go with the ROVE R2-4K Dual PRO Dash Cam Front and Rear 4K+2K Dash Camera for Cars and additionally I would need to use the ROVE Ultimate Dash Cam Hardwire Kit (see my separate review of that kit here on Amazon). After my discussions with the Dealership given the high technology of this vehicle, I decided the installation of the Camera was best to left them to the dealership since if done improperly could lead to catastrophic consequences and void my warranties. Additionally, I learned that the service manager had already installed a ROVE Camera in his personal car thus no learning curve for the ROVE platform. As I said earlier, I wanted to stay with a ROVE Camera System since I knew from past experience that the ROVE platform offered great stability. It was also very durability and would last a long time. This long-lasting durability provides me (and you) real good value for your money. Connectivity depends upon your vehicle, your abilities, etc. I could have easily connected the power for this camera to an accessory slot in the front of the car and ran the line for the rear camera but elected to let the dealership do it for a variety of reasons. Of course, it is ROVE, so the camera operating system is very intuitive/functional and extremely easy to set up. I especially liked that this package came with a 129 GB Storage Card, the STARVIS night system and the additional polarizing lens all in the same box. Thus, one stop shopping.linda lafferty

I had a ROVE front camera for a couple of years and decided to upgrade to this DUAL version so I could also capture what's happening behind me. Everything you need is included in the box to get a nice clean installation. The two USB cables are very long so concealing them and routing them was fairly easy. The accompanying app is easy enough to sync to the camera which makes setup and management of the camera much easier than trying to use the buttons/navigation on the camera. The only downside is the camera does not have a touchscreen, so you'll navigate with buttons. Video quality is good. The night vision is clear enough from the front camera but can't say the same for the rear camera (probably because unlike the front camera, there are no headlights to help illuminate the view). I actually bought a 2nd one of these for my other vehicle. Having piece of mind now with both front/rear cameras is nice, and I can't imagine ever driving again without cameras.bp
