"Le produit multimédia n'a pas pu être chargé. While I like this case for its design and durability, I found that the magnet and the ring hinge are lacking. I have a magnetic pop socket on this case and if I pick it up with the pop socket while it's face down, the ring will instantly open up, I think stronger or more magnets on the back would stop this from happening. The hinge has also worn down, and the ring doesn't stay down if I prop my phone up vertically. It'll usually just fold in on itself. Other than the functionality of the ring, the case itself is quite durable, and has already saved my phone a few times. If not for the ring, I'd be happy to give this five stars. I do see some reviews claiming the wireless charging doesn't work. I haven't found this to be true, it just takes a specific charger. I bought two battery packs with wireless charging, and the one I bought from Best buy with a name brand did not seem to work. On Amazon I found a Baseus wireless charging pack and it works just fine as long as I take the popsocket off. I would imagine that this would be true for certain other wireless chargers that are non battery pack.Edit- since I wrote my review the hinge has become utterly useless. The ring is only held by two magnets which isn't strong enough, which is weird because it still seems to interfere with my stylus. If you use anything magnetic on the ring, the magnet on whatever you're using (charger, pop socket, car stand, etc) is likely going to be stronger which pulls the ring off the case adding to the wear and tear on the hinges. My hinge is now just floppy and I can't pick my phone off anything magnetic without peeling off the ring. It's become obnoxious, so I'm ordering a new case within 3.5 months of receiving this one. I won't be getting one with a hinge at all and hopefully it will last longer than this one. I'd like to give this a better rating since the case itself is decent and durable, but it's a little too obnoxious. I guess I could glue the ring down."
