"When showering, sleeping, or basically during any movement, the spiral rubber will move so it shows on the front of the ring. When putting on lotions, this spiral tightener traps the liquid in it. We tried the next size in thickness for the spiral tightener, and it makes it so the ring can’t even be put on. So the current size (shown in picture) should be the right size. In the end, it does keep the ring on, but these sizers really cheapen the jewelry when they are visible. There’s more time spent fixing the tightener to get it out of sight than how much time used to be spent to ensure the ring stayed on finger before these tighteners."

These are a great way to quickly fix your ring being a little too loose on your finger and if you’re having issues where the jewel keeps spinning. I am recently engaged and my wedding ring is slightly too big, not quite enough for me to feel the need to go get it resized, but I am a worried about it being too loose and easily coming over my knuckle. I wanted a quick fix that was also comfortable, exactly where these came into play! There are different sizes that come in the pack. The bigger ones were a little bit too loose around my band, I felt like they spun more and weren’t quite as secure, but the skinner/ tighter ones feel more snug around the ring and hold into place better.It’s comfortable, I forget it’s there, and they’ve held up great so far. They’re super easy to get off and on when needed and they’re super easy to cut. If you’re thinking about buying these as a quick fix to help a slightly loose ring, do it!!nelly bernal

My fiance recently proposed to me and my ring was just a SMIDGE too big. The problem is, the dumb jeweler he bought it from doesn't do resizing or repairs. So, I searched all over the city for a jeweler who would do resizing to a silver ring AND do rose gold plating (because when they resize the ring, the plating melts off). No such luck in finding a business that would do both. This was such a simple and cost effective way to make my ring fit.
