"My wife bought this headset and really like it, so I ordered one for myself. This is a really nice headset. Not only does it pair perfectly with my Mac and function seamlessly in Zoom, it also has really good noise cancellation. I work from home and we have dogs, so it's nice to not transmit the sounds of dogs barking at the Amazon delivery guy. (Zoom's personalized noise cancellation is helping here.) It's so comfortable that I can wear it all day even when I'm not on a call.A surprising fact is that it sounds pretty dang good for music, too. I mean, it's not a set of Sennheiser cans or anything, but it has actual bass and treble, and the sound is well-balanced. I can enjoy listening to Spotify on it without being constantly being distracted by lousy sound,.There are cheaper headsets; in fact, there are two varieties of this one; i bought the more expensive of the two, but I'm sure that they are about the same in all the ways that matter. But there are also more expensive ones. For the price, it's great. Makes me mad I spent so much time with the Logi one I used to use, which is bulkier, has poorer sound quality, and has half the battery life!"

It has a dedicated button for ms teams application. It can connect to 2 devices simultaneously. It doesn't need software to use. Software is used to customize the unit including time to go to sleep. When turned on it announces the battery charge status and connects to previously connected devices. It works with a supplied USB dongle or bluetooth. Both ways it works fine. USBD has status indicating light. If used via USBD when microphone is moved up it is muted, indicating mute on ms teams, indicated on USBD and announced with audio. If used via Bluetooth, it is muted, announced but not indicated on ms teams.Sound is excellent but volume is limited, but never feels inadequate. The best is the range. It works through 2 walls, yes you can go to the printer in the hallway or to the coffee machine while keeping a good connection.

Constant complaints from coworkers regarding background noise on calls. Could only hear audio through right side. I had to purchase a different headset and went with a different brand.

BUYER BEWARE: Mute on Teams only works on PC and only after installing Lenovo companion…

BUYER BEWARE: Mute on Teams only works on PC and only after installing Lenovo companion SW while using the USB A dongle. EVEN WITH THE COMPANION SW THE MUTE BUTTON DOES NOT GO THROUGH UNLESS THE USB A DONGLE IS USED.Ultimately, I guess I'm both impressed and disappointed. For context, I am an engineer and bought this to meet certain requirements and I would say at best the description of the device's capabilities are misleading at best. The Good-----------It seems to be a well-built headset and the multipoint Bluetooth connection has been implemented quite well. It is comfortable and if you are only using it with a PC, Lenovo's companion app gives you some cool options. The Bad---------I specifically sought out a headset that was "Teams Certified" because I wanted a device that when I mute the headset, it mutes Teams (at a minimum). This need is based on the headache of having other headsets / devices not syncing with Teams leading to "double muting" and having to constantly be aware of the status of my headset independent of my PC and never really being sure whether I'm muted or not. Based on the description there is no indication that this functionality comes with several exceptions but I was dismayed to find that this is only really supported on a PC with the USB A dongle plugged in and the companion LADM app installed. I'm not opposed to the LADM app other than the fact that this is only works with Teams on PC and not mobile. Secondly, I avoid getting any new USB A devices because computers are being made more and more with fewer or no USB A slots and I don't want to have to add another one just to use a Bluetooth device with multiple devices that support Bluetooth. The description says several times that this works with either connection medium. Now granted, as an engineer I'm no stranger to reading the manual, but I've followed all steps that I've found as written and I've even looked for new drivers. This means that the best case scenario is that I'm missing some complicated caveat but that makes it anything other than plug and play. I also had hopes that this extended to the mobile and at least was capable of muting the Teams app on my phone if not also phone calls on my phone and neither of these works. So if you want to spend this much money on a headset that, out of the box, is no better than several cheaper ones and pay extra money to have the ability to jump through hoops to use the full teams certification but only with a computer, then this headset will be your best friend. If, like me, you were hoping to have a well designed system that is truly plug and play, then you either get to be disappointed or buy something else.Either way I expect better from a brand like Lenovo. Either get your poop in a group with regards to the design/implementation or at least be up front and clearly document the caveats. Note, I didn't yet reach out to Lenovo support but for this I feel like I shouldn't have to dig and experiment past reading the provided manuals / user guides. If, somehow, there is some solution that I'm unaware of I'd be happy to change my review provided that Lenovo shows me where it is written down.

Things should just work and this headphone set does just that. I use this for work. It paired with my laptop easily, the sound is clear for calls and meetings. I don't need it for gaming or music. Just to work reliably for calls and meetings and it does the job. It's easy to set up and the controls are easy to use. The only thing that bothers me is occasionally I will accidentally hit the mute and not realize it. Though the microphone boom does light up red but I'm usually too preoccupied with why no one can hear me that I don't notice it. Not a headset issue but a user issue. I would buy again if this ever dies.

I love these. This is my second wireless headset after my first one stopped working (different brand). I searched endlessly and finally picked this one. It was affordable and offered noise cancel. The microphone also has noise cancel so it works well for me working from home and having noisy kids. One really cool feature I just discovered, if I’m listening to music then make a phone call , the music volume goes down and I can keep listening and the person on the other line won’t hear the music. Very cool. I am having trouble figuring out what the teams integration is, but I do love the headset.
