"I have had the A tablet, which I was using, it's old, and the A8 which was utter and complete garbage with network always kicking out. So, I never replaced it until this A9 model.Out of the box, I was thrilled, amazed. And then the system said it had an update to do, some Touch update, OneUI, and after that, the tablet was horrible to work with. It was the worst update I've ever seen.Firstly, the keyboard went to hell. Routinely, letters won't get typed so "Hello world" may come out as "Helo Wrld" because it just doesn't respond anymore. The microphone, text to speech, routinely gets most words wrong and keeps turning itself off while you're speaking. It has to constantly readjust everything it thinks you said, it gets it all wrong, and you end up typing it all out, anyways.Selecting the drop down from the top, the reason I am writing this, took me 14 attempts to finally get the top to drag down so I could adjust the brightness. 14 times! I bought this tablet as the other one wasn't responsive.Now, this tablet is highly unresponsive, it takes multiple clicks to get anything to actually proceed. Select a youtube video, once, twice, third time it finally went to the video. This is routine that this device ignores half of my attempts to press buttons or type.I'm doing this on a computer or else I'd be here all day fixing typos and errors and all the letters I pushed but the tablet didn't respond.Do I recommend this? No. Not at all and its all because of the OneUI update, its garbage, pure trash.Ya but duh it has a big screen and its loud - oh no ear phone jack, either, another loser for this tablet."
