"I have been meaning to write a review on this for literally years now. The shipping was fairly fast and definitely within the stated time frame when I purchased it. I remember that it was sent freight because of its size and the driver coordinated the shipping time with my wife to make sure that someone would be home to take the delivery. He was nice enough to put it in the garage for my wife since I was not home. The packaging was the original box but with strong cardboard wrapped around each corner of the box. There was no damage to the box except for a small rip about 1.5" on the box. I would not have remembered that, but I have pictures from the day I got it. Unfortunately, the Amazon image upload system would not except the file type to show you.As for the functionality of the screen. It has worked like a charm from the day I installed it back in 2018 and continues to work flawlessly to this day. We use it about 3-4 times per week, and we roll it down and back up every time. The remote works fine as long as you point it to the screen, and I don't think I have even had to change the battery yet. The sound of the motor has not changed, and there is no indication that anything is failing. It really does work like the day that I got it.To install it, I added an electrical outlet to the ceiling and then added two 2x4s between the joists in the attic to bolt the screen in to. Bolting the screen really was a breeze, but I did need my wife to hold one side while I bolted the first side. The picture quality was and still is amazing compared to what we were using before. I have a BenQ Ht1070 projector and the image quality was night and day after I installed the new screen. We have kept the screen very clean. There really is no reason to touch it so I have not wiped it down except when I first installed it. We generally watch a movie and then immediately roll it back up. No real opportunity for damage or to get dirty. The only thing that I wish was different from the experience was the plastic smell in the first few weeks of owning it. It smelled like a cheap pool toy for about 3 weeks. During that time I left the screen down and opened the window to allow the gases to air out. I would say that the smell is probably unavoidable with anything made out of plastic or pvc, so I do not fault Elite for that. It's like complaining about the smell of paint. It just is what it is, but it did linger for about 3 weeks to a month. It was strong at first and then at the end the smell began to fall off quicker and quicker. I would leave the window open as much as you can during this time though.Overall, I am extremely happy with our screen, and it has made a huge difference in our home theater experience. It still feels cool to hit the remote and see the screen slowly roll down. That's our cue to know that movie night is about to start and that is always a good feeling. I definitely recommend this screen if you want to upgrade your home theater impression and experience."

This is my second Elite screen I have purchased. The first was a 100" screen that I have had for several years and has worked flawlessly. This new one is a 115" screen that allows me to match up to my new projector. Screen came in a double box very well protected. Thank you for making a great product!

The media could not be loaded. After receiving material from this company that had roller impressions all over it (that wouldn't come out after 2 weeks of being stretched), I decided to give them another chance.. this time with the complete package instead of just material, and everything about it is bad. The motor is loud and makes an even louder knocking noise. You can see the screen being raveling and unraveling unevenly. And for almost $300 All they give for mounting it is two wood screws and two plastic drywall anchors, despite there clearly being 4 screws holes for the cieling mount. For that matter they can't be bothered to include the batteries for the remote at this price point. On top of that the frame doesn't have any loops for use with hooks. And the "matte white" screen isn't "matte white" its glossy, so triple laser projector owners beware you will get some speckle (but usable). The remotes are super cheap plastic. I was expecting a much more premium product.. which might sound like wishful thinking at this price point, buuuut I got two other motorized screens recently, for less than half the price, (one is 100" the other is 120") from a no name brand, and the quality of their systems is waaaaaaay better. The motors are quite, they dont knock, the screens unfurl evenly, the remotes aren't the cheapest plastic on earth, and they are far more responsive, AND they INCLUDED batteries, more mounting hardware, and the housing had loops for hooks! The housing was also thicker and more sturdy on the significantly cheaper imports, they also didn't have a ridiculous amount of wasted space on the ends of the housing.Overall this is one of those purchases where it just feels bad... I only gave it a shot because of my space not allowing proper placement for the cheap 120" and having to use digital zoom, and light hitting the wall behind it. The 125" is actually the perfect size, and this was one of like two or three options I could find. I thous elite screens would have better quality over the other company, but I was wrong, again. Very disappointing. There are three minor positives though 1. They included the kit (no matter how risky dink it is) to use the 12v on the projector to lower and raise it. Buuut they didn't include ALL the cables.2. When is dropped the first time, inlike the cheaper ones, I was NOT blasted with the smell of paint thinner that made my eyes water. so point there... the other two had to air out for days.3. And finally, colors really pop on the screen material. Which is kind of a big deal, since that's what you get these things for. But all the negatives really outweighs that, since you can get other brand's models with the same material.Overall I'd avoid this product, and maybe even the company.. maybe their expensive flagship models are of better quality, but i'm never gonna find out. Fool me once... but now I've been fooled twice by this brand.Included a video of the sounds it makes, the knocking becomes more apparent at towards the end.Also.. one of the remotes battery contacts was so out of place i couldn't even get a battery into it. Maybe I got a used/returned one, but thats not what I paid for.Just avoid this, can't get much better quality for much less money.

Better gain compares to the spandex screen that came with the Hisense C2 Pro package. I was able to use the projector during the day with closed curtain even with a 3x3 skylight on cloudy days. Great value at the discounted price. The motor is smooth and quiet. The power cable is thick but kind of short. it would be great if ES provides a battery solution like Valerion does with their outdoor screen.

It is great, but I wish it had some kind of support for the middle. It's own weight causes it to warp from the middle.
