"I replaced the stock pickups on my Gretsch 2410 with these. It's definitely the tone that I've been chasing. That being said, there were a couple of disappointments. The wiring wasn't long enough to reach the pots so I had to solder the wires. Also, as you can see in my photo the pole spacing isn't perfect on the neck pickup. I gave them 4 stars because these issues didn't noticably effect the tone, in my opinion. And the G2410 is a different beast and therefore results may vary depending on the guitar you're putting them on."

Amazing sound in a 335 style guitar! Dead silent while both are running and much quieter than other P90's I have while running single. The neck cable length just barely made it, as others mention, so be cautious of that. I enjoy swapping pickups and such in cheap guitars and this is by far my most impressive combination. Best $30 I have spent in quite some time.ldub
