"I have a sensitive gut and so I knew I needed probiotics. With that being said, these were not the probiotics for me, which was disheartening as I had heard soo many hours things about this specific brand. But to start off, I struggle a lot with taking bigger pills and these are definitely on the bigger side. So I was struggling with getting them down the right pipe, so to speak. But not just that I was having waaay more pain and discomfort in my gut and noticing a decrease in my gut health when I did take this. When I stopped taking it, everything did go back to normal for me. But now I'm off to find another probiotic. Just remember, different probiotics work differently for other people, this was my experience."
