"Water filter is great build quality, easy to use and fill. Can get heavy when full, but with the built in handles, easy to move around and is portable. Filter life last for a long time and replacements are easy to find on amazon and replace. It is an all plastic build, but works great for the intended purpose which is to take out all the garbage in tap water."

Great filter and dispenser, water tastes great and saves a ton of money over buying alkaline water bottle from the store. Changing and installing the filter is super easy and I love the indicator light letting you know when to change it. Highly recommend!!!!shadowsmom

The filter indicator light quit working after two years and the entire unit was replaced at no cost. The water capacity is perfect for my refrigerator.
