"Fresh off the install I can say if you're even remotely capable and you have ample space, and an available drain installation is a breeze. Unless you have the perfect and ideal situation you're probably going to be headed to the hardware store to purchase some assorted John Guest fittings and additional tubing if your installation is semi-remote. The build of the actual unit is nice but would best be hidden and away from small hands as there is some wiring that could be fiddled with on the filter body. The water produced by the filtration is excellent, tastes great and exceeds the quality of the water I was purchasing from RO dispensers. 4/5, points off for not having more fittings but the overall value stands."

Nice kit! Works well and was easy to install since it is fully assembled (other than connection lines and filters). Got the kit that doesn't have the mineral cartridges for watering my plants. It outputs nice clean water with no detectable minerals. Ideal water to put in humidifiers. Since there is no storage tank on the kit that I got, it saves a lot of space underneath, but the output rate is limited to what the pump can provide - so its a bit slow - about a gallon in 3 minutes or so. I'm really happy with it and so are my orchids!lisa salmi

Recently installed- fairly straightforward if you’ve done this sort of thing before. My only challenges were linking the system to my older, non-standard parts under the sink. The system is well designed and includes everything you should need. It puts out a decent quantity of water. I tested the water for TDS (total dissolved solids): unfiltered 327, RO waste 291, RO pure 50. A huge improvement! Even the system waste water was better than the tap! I have the output feeding our fridge, an insta-hot, as well as the cold dispenser and it all works well. My primary reason for buying this was to protect the insta-hot from our hard water and the mineral buildup that destroyed our previous unit. 327 down to 50 should make it last a lot longer! Electric motor is not too loud. If yours is loud, it’s probably touching something and transmitting vibrations. Setting the unit on a 2x4 and then attaching to the wall leaves you room to change the filters once the board is removed.falconbro

Really great tasting water. This filter setup blows our old Brio system out of the water. Replacement filters are reasonably priced and readily available through subscribe and pay. Super happy with purchase most importantly the taste of the water. Mount is solid, system intelligently initializes and instructions are spot on.To boost capacity and pressure (my sink/faucet is located upstairs and 30’ away), I added our old 3 gallon storage tank and pressure sensing booster pump on the output side and it works perfectly.We really only utilize the alkaline output so didn’t run the pure line to the faucetWhat Customers Talk About
